Nurses Portrait – Ms Reena & Ms Glory

After two years with many ups and downs, we are very thankful for the great work of TISB’s Medical Centre and its nurses, Ms Reena and Ms Glory. They have both put in great efforts to ensure the health and safety of the TISB community, both on campus and outside of campus. We reached out to the nurses to learn more about them and get a quick Q&A to very important questions.  

Nursing is my passion – Ms Glory, Nurse at TISB Medical Centre 

With a total experience of 45 years in healthcare, both Ms Reena and Ms Glory are passionate about health and wellbeing. “During my childhood I was inspired by the stories of Mother Theresa which helped me to mould myself to serve mankind”, says Ms Reena, Head Nurse at TISB, who has worked at a hospital for 18 years and at TISB for the last six years.  

They both feel that being at TISB offers them a range of satisfactions, including the beauty of campus, the unitedness of the community, and great support from all staff and different departments. Ms Glory, who has got 14 years of hospital experience and has been working at TISB for the last seven years, finds her passion and motivation at the school in “the good atmosphere, feeling safe and the love for working with children.” 

For the coming future, both Ms Reena and Ms Glory are looking forward to a Covid-free world, where people are able to get together and meet, and where healthcare and wellbeing return to usual areas of focus.
