This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to www.tisb.org (the "Site") operated by The International School Bangalore ("TISB", "us", "we", or "our"). 

Cancellation Policy 

1.1 TISB provides multifaceted services therefore the standard Cancellation and Refund Policy is not applicable.

1.2 The cancellation and refund will be based on individual services being offered. 

Refund Policy 

2.1 We will assess each refund request on a case-by-case basis. 

2.3 We may ask for additional information to process a refund request, such as photographs or proof of purchase. 

2.4 If a refund is not approved, we will provide an explanation for the decision. 

2.5 When a refund is requested, the same will be verified and refunded to the account in 10-15 days.

Changes to this Policy 

4.1 We reserve the right to update or change this Policy at any time. Your continued use of the Site after we post any modifications to this Policy will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Policy.
