Parents should rest assured when they send their children to TISB because every student is cared for at all times. In School, all teachers, in addition to Form Tutors, care not only about their subject area but also about how each student is coping. This becomes easier as there are not more than 25 students to a class.
In addition to carefully selected and trained experienced teachers who are entrusted with the responsibility of caring for the students, there are Heads of department, Curriculum Coordinators, College Counselors, Boarding House Masters/Mistresses, House Parents and a senior management team to look after the daily needs of each child.
There is also a Medical Centre that looks after the specific needs of students who may be ill or who may need attention periodically.
The system of caring is based very much on the family, where parents constantly look after their children and are worried about their every need. The staff and the facilities on campus, especially the residential program and the supervision system in uses, all work together to offer an atmosphere that is warm and caring, attentive to every need a student may have.
At TISB, students have access to quality, all-round education and personal attention from teachers who are recruited from worldwide from wherever the best can be recruited. Many staff reside in the campus and are on call day and night throughout the week.
