Our school motto 'Vita Eadem Studia' represents
that learning is for life, and that life is learning. At TISB this is embodied
in a well-developed program running parallel to our fine academic programmes.
Our students are going to become leaders, in their professions, and in their
communities. They are groomed for the roles they will play in the future. We feel
that is important to be able to give a fine public presentation, to be able to
arrange Banquets and Balls, to appreciate what is involved in those courtesies
that have always been the underpinning of society. Students are exposed
to renowned practitioners in the culinary arts, have classes on etiquette and
department, all with an inclusive perspective sharing the wonder of Indian as
well as European culture. Visits are arranged to culturally rich venues
in India such as Kerala, Goa, and Rajastan and to neighbouring countries such
as Nepal and Sri Lanka. Our European connections are used to the full, ensuring
that students leave TISB with the skills they will need for their important contribution
to a 'global society'. | | |
